“Why We Record: Defying Fragmentation & Erasure in Palestine” Exhibit

Visit the Watkins Gallery to view “Why We Record: Defying Fragmentation & Erasure in Palestine,” an exhibit by the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) and Visualizing Palestine that explores the truths of the past, the heartbreak of the present, and the possibilities for a future without oppression in Palestine.
“Why We Record” includes a collection of visuals, archived photos, and excerpts from published stories about fragmentation, displacement, return, and future visioning.
Despite the inclusion of difficult material, this exhibit is family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
Exhibit Hours
From Aug. 24-Sept. 18, the “Why We Record” exhibit will be open the following days and times:
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 9am-4pm
- Wednesdays: 9am-8pm
