General registration for Spring 2025 classes opens on Nov. 4 in Student eServices.

General registration for Summer 2025 classes opens on Nov. 4 in Student eServices.

General registration for Winter Session 2024-2025 classes opens on Nov. 4 in Student eServices.

Nov. 4 is the first day when students graduating during the Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 terms may apply for graduation online.

Nov. 21 is the last day when faculty can change the grading method for full Fall 2024 term classes.

Dec. 6 is the last day of the Fall 2024 term.

Final examinations for the Fall 2024 term will be held Dec. 9-12.

Dec. 13 is the Fall 2024 Commencement.

Dec. 13-18 is faculty's grading period for Fall 2024 classes.

Dec. 14 is the beginning of Winter Session 2024-2025 classes.

Grades for Fall 2024 classes are due in Student eServices on Dec. 18 at 12pm.

Spring 2025 class registration for new students occurs on Jan. 10.

Spring 2025 class registration for transfer students occurs on Jan. 10.

Spring 2025 class registration for PSEO students occurs on Jan. 10.

Jan. 11 is the end of Winter Session 2024-2025 classes.

Classes for the Spring 2025 term begin on Jan. 13.

Students cannot request to wait to join Spring 2025 classes (waitlist) on Student eServices past Jan. 15 at 12pm.

Grades for Winter Session 2024-2025 classes are due in Student eServices on Jan. 16 at 12pm.

Jan. 17 is the last day when students can drop Spring 2025 classes on Student eServices and receive a 100% tuition refund.

Jan. 17 is the last day when students can add Spring 2025 classes on Student eServices without instructor approval. Registration overrides are required for this to occur after Jan. 17.

Jan. 17 is the last day when faculty can apply for arranged courses or independent studies for the Spring 2025 term.

Jan. 17 is the last day when students must clear any in-progress (IP) grades for Fall 2024 classes in Student eServices.

Students must pay or have made arrangements to pay Spring 2025 tuition by the end of business day (4:30pm) on Jan. 17.

Jan. 23 is the last day when faculty must submit Spring 2025 class registration overrides.

March 7 is midterm, or the halfway point of the Spring 2025 term.

March 7 is the last day when students must clear incomplete (I) grades from classes taken during the Fall 2024 term in Student eServices.

March 7 is the last day when Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 graduating students must submit an Application for Graduation online and appear in Commencement publications.

March 7 is the last day when students must notify the Office of Graduate Studies of their intent to take comprehensive examinations during the Summer 2025 term.
