Women of Wellness Conference

May 9, 8:30am-3:30pm, Rochester Art Center

Prioritize your mental health and invest in your well-being. This year’s WOW conference features interactive workshops and expert-led sessions focused on the relationship between art and holistic health.

At this conference, you will:

  • learn about the therapeutic power of self-expression through hands-on art.
  • guide your mind and body to a state of tranquility with sound bowls.
  • understand how your brain works on a biological level.
  • discover how to implement mindfulness practices in your daily life.
  • embrace curiosity to thrive in your career as a holistic leader.

This conference includes a buffet lunch and Wellness Toolkit. Attendees will also receive 6 contact hours (0.6 CEU) through Winona State.

Contact Julie Kiehne at jkiehne@winona.edu with any questions.
