Samantha (Keasling) Dahly
Samantha (Keasling) Dahly is an Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice and the POST/PPOE Coordinator at Winona State University.
Before joining the faculty, Sam worked in criminal justice for nearly 20 years and served as a deputy sheriff in both Anoka and Fillmore Counties. Her research focuses on policing policy and use of force reform, including collaborations with regional law enforcement agencies.
Sam serves as the faculty advisor for the Criminal Justice Club and participates in several university committees.
