WSU-Rochester on Broadway

The WSU-Rochester on Broadway location is in downtown Rochester on the corner of 4th Street Southeast and South Broadway Avenue.

The Broadway location features a reception area and faculty offices for Graduate Nursing and the Master of Social Work programs, along with a variety of spaces for meetings, study sessions, and classes. 

This downtown location is also where students will find the offices of Adult & Continuing Education, Academic Affairs, HealthForce MN, and Graduate Studies.

WSU-Rochester students are within walking distance of Mayo Clinic, Mayo Civic Center, and Rochester Public Library as well as many coffee shops and dining options. 

Meeting Spaces
On the second and third floors of the Broadway building are 3 spacious conference rooms where smaller classes sometimes hold in-person sessions.

There’s also a large, multi-purpose classroom equipped with state-of-the-art technology perfect for teleconferencing and multimedia instruction.  

An open-concept study lounge with semi-private study cubicles, couches, and tables is available for students, faculty, and staff on the third floor.

Reception Area
Also on the third floor of this building is the reception area.

Here students can learn more about support services and resources or reserve a meeting space.
