Equity & Inclusive Excellence Scholarships
Scholarships are a great way to earn free money to pay for college. However, scholarship funds often go unclaimed because of the lack of applicants.
Simply applying for a scholarship you think you may qualify for is a low-risk task––and the payoff can be great.
Scholarships are offered to meet the needs of a variety of students, so you just need to find the right one for you. There is no limit to the number of scholarships you can apply for.
By applying for any and all scholarships you can, you could be awarded thousands of dollars of free money!
The Office of Equity & Inclusive Excellence oversees 2 scholarship opportunities. Scholarship applications are reviewed for the Fall semester only.
Applications for the 2026-27 academic year are due by July 30, 2026. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. Scholarship awards are distributed evenly between the Fall and Spring semesters.
We encourage students to apply each year, as scholarships are not automatically renewed.
You should also look into the many other WSU scholarships to see if you qualify for more free money to help pay for college.
