Campus Culture Listening Session: Winona Students
November 9 @ 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
The Office of Equity & Inclusive Excellence wants to hear directly from students about what is working well at Winona State, what areas need attention, and how university leadership can continue to strengthen belonging, kindness, respect, and community.
If you can’t attend in person, a virtual meeting link will be shared with all students before the session.
This listening session is part of Strengthening the Warrior Way, a campus culture initiative through the Winona State 2035 strategic plan.
Winona State conducted the Rankin Campus Climate Study in 2018 and the HEDS Campus Climate Survey in 2023. It’s now time to conduct a new survey and hear from our campus community.
