New Student Registration & Orientation
Registration and orientation mark the beginning of your Warrior journey. These events prepare students for academic success while giving them the opportunity to get to know other Winona State students.
It gets real at registration. Learn about how registration events will set you up for your first semester.
All incoming students (and up to 2 guests) should plan to attend one of our in-person Registration Days or a Virtual New Student Registration event.
During registration, you will:
- Get academic advising to build your class schedule
- Take your ID photo
- Choose your laptop
- Learn about campus resources
There is an $80 fee for these registration events that will be applied to your student account. This fee covers expenses such as advisors’ time, ID card processing, and informational mailings.
Whatever format you prefer, you will get individualized help from an advisor to discuss academic plans, register for classes, and answer any questions you may have.
