Student Accounts
Students can view all charges to their student accounts—including tuition bills, parking permit purchases, WSU Bookstore purchases, and other fees – and make payments in Student eServices
You can view your online tuition and fees statement for the next academic year in Student eServices starting in August.
As the semester draws closer, make sure you know the payment due dates and how to make a payment.
International students can send online payments with Flywire, which makes it easy to transfer money from around the world.
Payment OptionsWinona State uses direct deposit to electronically transfer funds to students’ bank accounts, including:
- Student paychecks
- Student refunds
- Financial aid overage amounts
If you receive financial aid of any kind—including scholarships—you need to set up direct deposit, so WSU can disburse your aid. This is required even if you don’t expect any extra funds left after paying your student account balance.
To set up direct deposit, log into Student eServices and take these steps:
- Choose the “Financial Aid” tab from the main menu
- Select “Direct Deposit Setup”
- Select “Add Direct Deposit Account”
- Enter your bank account type, routing number, and account number
- Re-enter your StarID password and select “Save”
All bank account information is secure and encrypted. It’ll only be accessed by the WSU Business Office.
You can change your direct deposit account information at any time in Student eServices.
WSU provides tuition and fee statements and other documents electronically in Student eServices.
It’s important to check for new documents each semester and save these files for your own records.
