Butts & Guts

Butts & Guts is a fitness class where we work on targeting glutes and core with bodyweight exercises.

Flow

Flow is a smooth, energizing workout that combines strength, balance, and mobility in a continuous sequence of movements.

HIIT

Challenge yourself to a fast-paced fitness class that alternates between short bursts of high-intensity exercise and brief recovery periods.

Meditation

In Meditation, we’ll focus on breathing, mindfulness, and gentle movement to reduce stress and improve mental clarity.

Pilates

Improve your strength, flexibility, and posture with Pilates.

In this class, you’ll do medium-intensity bodyweight exercise sequences. Pilates has options for all levels.

Relaxation Yoga

Relaxation Yoga focuses on gentle poses and breathing to reduce stress and promote calmness.

Strength Yoga

Strength Yoga is a fitness class that combines breathing, balancing, and stretching, with a focus on mind-muscle connection.

Yoga

During Yoga, we’ll focus on breath control, flexibility, posture, and mindfulness.

This class is slower paced and a good stress reliever.
