Group fitness classes are open to all current WSU students. Please bring official WSU ID to class.
Zumba is a fun and high energy fitness class made up of repetitive midlevel dance moves to multiple upbeat songs.
Butts & Guts is a fitness class where we work on targeting glutes and core with bodyweight exercises.
Improve your strength, flexibility, and posture with Pilates.
In this class, you’ll do medium intensity body weight exercise sequences. Pilates has options for all levels.
Strength Yoga is a combination of breathing, balancing, and stretching, with a focus on mind-muscle connection.
Relaxation Yoga focuses on gentle poses and breathing to reduce stress and promote calmness.
During yoga, we will focus on breath control, flexibility, posture, and mindfulness.
This class is slower paced and a good stress reliever.
