Whether you want a full-body workout or a relaxing yoga session, there is a WSU fitness class for you.

Group fitness classes are open to all current WSU students. Please bring official WSU ID to class.
HIIT is a combination of high-intensity intervals by rest periods. It is designed to make you sweat and get your heart rate up.
In this class, we will be using different muscle groups and mostly bodyweight exercises.
People of all fitness levels are welcome as there are variations that can be made to suit everyone.
Zumba is a fun and high energy fitness class made up of repetitive midlevel dance moves to multiple upbeat songs.
Pilates
Improve your strength, flexibility, and posture with Pilates.
In this class, you’ll do medium intensity body weight exercise sequences. Pilates has options for all levels.
During yoga, we will focus on breath control, flexibility, posture, and mindfulness.
This class is slower paced and a good stress reliever.
Unwind after a long day with a stretch session that consists of all body stretches to help flexibility, agility, metabolism, and energy.
Stretching will be a slower paced fitness class with a relaxing environment.
Variation
We’ll also offer a combination of different classes each week and potentially throughout the semester.
Some of these classes may include Sculpt & Tone or Strength & Conditioning.
