
Sustainability House
The Sustainability House is located next to Main Campus and across the street from Maxwell Hall and the Integrated Wellness Complex.
The Sustainability House offers a unique and engaging living option where students have the independence of off-campus living with the convenience and support of living on-campus.
The price of renting a room is all inclusive, meaning you do not have to pay extra for internet, utilities, garbage, or laundry.
The Sustainability House is only available to upper-level or transfer students who identify as female. First-year students are not eligible.
Students are not required to be on a meal plan.

Amenities

There is a full kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 stovetops, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves and a dishwasher.
There’s also plenty of cupboards for extra storage and counterspace for food preparation.
Students should bring their own kitchen equipment.

Students can relax together in the furnished living room as well as a lounge on the upper floor.
They can also enjoy the enclosed front porch during the spring and fall.

There is a study room with a printer where students can focus on their academics with quiet and comfort.
Students from other residence halls or off-campus guests must have a resident escort them to and from the house when visiting.
While there isn’t a RA or front desk area in the Sustainability House, students can get support from the East Lake Apartments staff.

Students will need to purchase a parking permit. There are limited spaces available at the Sustainability House.
