Jing Han

Jing Han is a professor at Winona State’s Department of Business Administration.

Prior to joining Winona State University, Jing served on the faculty of Tilburg University and California State University, Fullerton.

She has published articles in such journals as “Journal of Organizational Behavior,” “International Human Resource Management,” “Journal of Managerial Psychology,” “Journal of Career Assessment,” “Team Performance Management,” “Human Performance,” and “Knowledge Management Research and Practice.” Her research focuses on the antecedents and consequences of social networks in organizations.

She is recognized with the Senior Certified Professional certification (SHRM-SCP ), awarded by the Society of Human Resource Management.
