College can be tough on your mental health at the best of times, and many people are experiencing added challenges amid the uncertainty of COVID-19.
WSU Counseling Services is here to help you be successful in your personal life as well as academics.
You can also explore online resources to help you cope with stress and anxiety as well as practice meditation and build resilience skills.
Mental Health & COVID-19
Although you may feel distant from our WSU community, you are not alone. We are still here to support you and your mental health during this challenging time.
The Counseling Services staff are providing tele-counseling appointments via Zoom on Monday-Friday. We are not meeting with students in person right now due to the pandemic.
If you have any questions or want to schedule an appointment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 507.457.5330.
Counseling Services staff will respond as soon as possible, but we may not be available for immediate response.
If you or someone you know are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact one of the emergency resources.
