Safety Training & Resources
Training is a crucial component of an effective safety program. The WSU Environmental Health & Safety Department (EHS):
- conducts or coordinates new employee, annual, and periodic refresher training with campus groups
- maintains documentation of this training
- helps coordinate training provided by off-campus organizations as needed
Additional safety training is conducted within departments under the direction of departmental supervisors.
Contact the EHS Department if you are interested in safety training or want support in developing training programs.
ELM Online Training
WSU’s campus safety training activities are integrated into the State of Minnesota’s Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) System. Training materials are tracked and documented through ELM.
