Emergency Help

Many people struggle with mental health at some point. You aren’t crazy. You aren’t a burden. You deserve help.

If you feel you’re in a mental health crisis, a WSU counselor is available for emergency appointments on Monday-Friday from 12pm-3:30pm.

Come directly to Counseling Services in IWC 222 and inform the front desk you need to see a counselor as soon as possible. We will do our best to see you right away.

If you need an immediate response outside of these hours, contact one of these emergency resources.
