Housing & Meal Plan Rates

Housing and meal plan rates vary depending on the residence hall, room type, and meal plan you choose.

WSU offers many options, so you can mix and match housing and dining plans to create the lifestyle that works for you.

For a total cost of your room and board expenses, add the academic year room rate and the academic year meal plan rate together.

All rates are subject to change. Housing and meal plans are available only on the Winona campus.

Meal Plan Add-Ons

You can add Dining Dollars or Block Plans to any meal plan via your Housing Portal.

However, neither of these meal plan options can be added if there’s a financial hold on a student’s account.

Managing Your Meal Plan

Students may add more Dining Dollars or additional Block Plans (if eligible) at any time throughout the semester.

The deadline to change your meal plan is Oct. 31 for Fall semester and April 1 for Spring semester.

Manage your meal plan in your Housing Portal.
